Handling of Personal Information Related toRecruitment and Selection

Our policy for handling personal information is as follows. We ask that you agree to the contents of this document before providing your personal information.

1. Acquisition of Personal Information

Upon recruitment, Autify will obtain your personal information contained in your resume, curriculum vitae,
and other documents at the time of interview.
Personal Information to be collected by Autify include:
● Your name, age, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, educational background,
work history, qualifications held, current annual income, desired annual income, nationality, family
composition, and other information; and
● Information on your background and reference checks for recruitment and selection.
Information on your family composition and nationality will be obtained with your consent only if it is
necessary for entry visa procedures and relocation support required for employment.

2. Purposes of Use of Personal Information

Autify will use your personal information only to the extent necessary to conduct recruitment selection and
employment procedures.
Autify will not use your personal information for any purposes other than those listed above without your
consent.

3. Storage and Disposal of Personal Information

If you are hired, Autify will store your personal information as employment management data.
If you are not hired, Autify will properly dispose of your personal information once the recruitment process
has been completed.

4. Outsourcing Handling of Personal Information and Providing Personal Information to Third Parties

To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in 2 above, Autify may outsource services
to a partner company that Autify deems reliable such as a contractor for background checks and information
processing. In such cases, Autify will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over such partner
company to ensure secure management of the personal information entrusted to them.
Autify will not provide your personal information to any third party except as permitted by law or with your

5. Secure Management of Personal Information

Autify will put in place appropriate security control measures to prevent leakage of personal information.

6. Consequences of Not Providing Personal Information

result in exclusion from the recruitment and selection process.

7. Request for Disclosure

If you wish to request notification on the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, etc. (i.e., correction, addition
or deletion) or suspension of use, etc. (i.e., suspension of use or deletion) of your personal information,
please contact us at the inquiry desk below. Please note, however, that we are unable to disclose
information on individual cases of selection and evaluation results.
