● Your name, age, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, educational background,work history, qualifications held, current annual income, desired annual income, nationality, familycomposition, and other information; and
● Information on your background and reference checks for recruitment and selection.Information on your family composition and nationality will be obtained with your consent only if it isnecessary for entry visa procedures and relocation support required for employment.
Autify will use your personal information only to the extent necessary to conduct recruitment selection and employment procedures. Autify will not use your personal information for any purposes other than those listed above without your consent.
If you are hired, Autify will store your personal information as employment management data.If you are not hired, Autify will properly dispose of your personal information once the recruitment process has been completed.
To the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use described in 2 above, Autify may outsource services to a partner company that Autify deems reliable such as a contractor for background checks and information processing. In such cases, Autify will exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over such partner company to ensure secure management of the personal information entrusted to them.
