You can register to join by completing the registration form via our website. 5.3 Do Not Track Signals

Our services do not respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers.

6. ServiceProviders

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We shall appropriately manage the information received from you, and such information shall be automatically deleted upon the lapse of six (6) months from the termination of the relevant agreement. Thereafter, upon the lapse of an additional one (1) month from such deletion, the information shall be permanently erased by technical means that render recovery technically impossible. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the retention of certain information is required pursuant to applicable laws or regulations, such information shall be retained in accordance with such laws or regulations.

 

9. Review, Update and Deletion of Your Information

All of our customers may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by contacting us at our contact form.

 

If you would like us to cancel your account and delete your Customer Information, please delete your account on the site of the Service. After such deletion of your account, your Customer Information will be promptly deleted, provided that we do not have any legal obligation or a legitimate business reason to retain the information contained in your account.

 

10. International Transfer

Your information will be processed in computers or servers located in the UnitedStates and Japan, where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. 15.1 General

Autify is very concerned with safeguarding your information. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your Autify Account ID, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.

 

16. Our Policy Towards Children

The Service and our site are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with PersonalInformation without their consent, he or she should contact us at our contact form. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
