When you register with us for the Service, we may ask you for your personally identifiable information; specifically, information about you that can be used to contact or identify you (“Personal Information”). Personal Information includes, but is not limited to, your name, the name of the company where you work or you represent , contact information such as email addresses, and personal information such as date of birth. If you fail to provide such information, you may not proceed with registration, and we will not be liable for any losses or damages you might incur as a result of the non-registration of your Personal Account.
Further, when you log into our site for the Service via a service provided by a third party, such third party may collect your information including Personal Information.
We will own or possess certain information from third party contractors or service providers in the process of your registration to assist us in evaluating your eligibility to register with our Service. Autify cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal processes (including, but not limited to, subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Autify or any third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop activity we may consider to be, or poses a risk of being, illegal, unethical or legally actionable activity.
We may use your Customer Information to process payment of the Service fees.
We may combine your Customer Information, including your Personal Information, with other information that we collect during your use of the Service in deep learning processes, in an attempt to provide you with a better experience, to improve the quality and value of the Service and to analyze and understand how our Service is used. However, data collected in deep learning will not be aggregated with information collected from other customers.
We will not share your Customer Information with a third party unless we obtain your agreement or we are allowed to do so under applicable laws, except for information shared between Autify, Inc. incorporated in the United States and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Autify, Inc. (Autify Kabushiki Kaisha), a Japan corporation incorporated in Japan.
We may employ traffic analysis tools and behavioral targeting advertising services managed by third parties to gain a better understanding of your interaction with the Service and to provide appropriate advertisements to our customers. We have not allowed these third parties to have access to, disclose or use your Personal Information for any purpose.

All of our customers may review, update, correct or delete the Personal Information in their registration profile by contacting us at our contact form.
If you would like us to cancel your account and delete your Customer Information, please delete your account on the site of the Service. After such deletion of your account, your Customer Information will be deleted immediately or after a period of reservation, provided that we do not have any legal obligation or a legitimate business reason to retain the information contained in your account.
Our Site contains links to other websites. If you click on another third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s website. The fact that we link to a website or present a banner ad or other type of advertisement is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party, nor is it an endorsement of their privacy or information security policies or practices. We do not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you. Other websites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personal information you submit to them. Autify is very concerned with safeguarding your information. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If you have any questions about security on our site or the Service, you can contact us at our contact form. We will make any legally required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored ‟personal data” (as defined in applicable laws) to you via email or conspicuous posting on our site as soon as possible and without unreasonable delay, insofar as consistent with (i) the legitimate needs of law enforcement or (ii) any measures necessary to determine the scope of the breach and restore the reasonable integrity of the data system.
Identity theft and the practice currently known as “phishing” are of great concern to Autify. Safeguarding information to help protect you from identity theft is a top priority. We do not and will not, at any time, request your credit card information, your Autify Account ID, login password, or national identification numbers in a non-secure or unsolicited e-mail or telephone communication.
The Service and our site are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact us at our contact form. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our files.
