TOPPAN Digital was faced with the challenges of key person dependency, where the workload was concentrated on members with specific knowledge and experience in application development testing, as well as issues with the time required for testing, as the team was focused on developing new features to a strict deadline and had limited time to devote to testing.

To address these challenges, the team considered Autify for test automation, and after careful evaluation, they decided to implement Autify and are now moving forward with test automation.
